WE'RE HALF WAY! Week 4 of the Glow Up Challenge is here! Follow each series in order Monday-Sunday with Saturday being a rest day (no scheduled video - we recommend an outdoor activity!)

Monday: 34 Min Full Body Sculpt & Meditate
Tuesday: 38 Min Tone & Flow *new* or 8am Live Workout
Wednesday: 33 Min Arms & Abs + Meditate
Thursday: 37 Min Tone + Flow
Friday: 39 Min Lower Body Sculpt *new* + Meditate
Saturday: 30/60 Min Outdoor Walk/Run
Sunday: 13 Min Abs + Meditate
