WE'RE HALF WAY!! Keep going 💪🏼 —get ready to feel stronger, more sculpted, and energized! Follow each workout in order from Monday to Sunday, with Saturdays as your active recovery day (no scheduled video—we recommend a walk or light movement!).

Mindfulness series are scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday but do them as you please!
