WEEK 1 - Reset Challenge

SCULPTEMBER is here!! Welcome to our 8 week reset challenge, we're so excited to get started! Follow each series in order Monday-Sunday with Saturday being a rest day (no scheduled video - we recommend an outdoor activity!)

Mindfulness series are scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday but do them as you please!

Monday: 35 Min Full Body Sculpt *new* + Meditate
Tuesday: 23 Min Full Body Mobility + Abs OR 8am Live Workout
Wednesday: 30 Min Shoulders & Arms + Meditate
Thursday: 35 Min Tone + Flow
Friday: 42 Min Lower Body *new* + Meditate
Saturday: 30/60 Min Outdoor Walk/Run
Sunday: 25 Min Tone & Flow + Meditate

    Shred and sculpt your upper body and core with this conditioning and strength focussed series! Recommended for all fitness levels, warmup and cool down included.
