Welcome to week 7 of the Summer Challenge! Follow each series in order Monday-Sunday with Saturday being a rest day (no scheduled video - we recommend an outdoor activity!)
Monday: 23 Min Full Body Cardio Sculpt *new* & Meditate
Tuesday: 17 Min Mobility + 10 Min Abs *new*
Wednesday: 30 Min Arms, Cardio & Core + Meditate
Thursday: 32 Min Tone + Flow
Friday: 30 Min Inner & Outer Thigh *new* + Meditate
Saturday: 30/60 Min Outdoor Walk/Run
Sunday: 16 Min Full Body HIIT *new* + Meditate
Mindfulness series are scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday but do them as you please!
