SCULPTEMBER week 6!! We made it this far 💪🏼.... keep going!

Welcome to our 8 week reset challenge, we're so excited to get started! Follow each series in order Monday-Sunday with Saturday being a rest day (no scheduled video - we recommend an outdoor activity!)

Monday: Full Body Sculpt *new* & Meditate
Tuesday: 21 Min Morning Flow *new* or 8am live workout
Wednesday: Arms *new* + Meditate
Thursday: 27 Min Tone & Flow
Friday: Lower Body *new* + Meditate
Saturday: 30/60 Min Outdoor Walk/Run
Sunday: 32 Min Tone & Flow

Mindfulness series are scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday but do them as you please!
