WEEK 1
Welcome to the 8-Week Summer Series! We’re so happy you’re here. This series is all about feeling good, staying consistent, and keeping your body strong all summer long without the burnout.
Your workouts are designed to be followed in order from Monday to Sunday. Saturdays are your active recovery day, there’s no scheduled workout, but we suggest a walk, a stretch, or something that feels good in your body. Our mindfulness series is scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. You can follow the schedule or use these whenever you need a moment to reset, breathe, and re-center.
