WEEK 1 - June Challenge/25
Welcome to Week 1 of the Final Sculpt June Challenge!
We’re so excited you’re here. This challenge is your final push before summer, 4 weeks of intention, strength, and showing up for yourself. In Week 1we’re laying the foundation: building lean muscle, dialling in your nutrition and reconnecting with your body through movement and mindfulness.
Your workouts are designed to be followed in order from Monday to Sunday. Saturdays are your active recovery day, there’s no scheduled workout, but we suggest a walk, a stretch, or something that feels good in your body. Our mindfulness series is scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. You can follow the schedule or use these whenever you need a moment to reset, breathe, and re-center.
Let’s get into it—this is your time to sculpt, strengthen, and feel amazing in your skin.
