Welcome to the 8-Week Summer Body Challenge!
We’re so excited to have you here. Over the next 8 weeks, we’re focusing on building strength, sculpting lean muscle, and boosting your energy from the inside out. Each week is thoughtfully programmed—follow your workouts in order from Monday to Sunday, with Saturdays as your active recovery day (no scheduled video—we suggest a walk, stretch, or gentle movement).
Our mindfulness series is scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays—feel free to follow along as planned or sprinkle them in whenever you need a reset.
