Welcome to our 14-day strength-focused challenge—get ready to feel stronger, more sculpted, and energized! Follow each workout in order from Monday to Sunday, with Saturdays as your active recovery day (no scheduled video—we recommend a walk or light movement!). Let’s get started!

Mindfulness series are scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday but do them as you please!
